Our Company History

O. Morgan Staffing Group was established in 2022 and operates in the Chicagoland area and aims to service any state in the nation. The creation of the staffing agency was born out of a genuine desire to provide jobs to prospective employees. Based on the statistics provided by the American Staffing Association, the staffing and workforce solutions industry has an integral contribution to the U.S. economy. America’s staffing companies hire 16 million temporary and contract employees, and in 2021, staffing agencies hired 850,200 workers in the state of Illinois alone. Founder, Neil Armstrong Viloria, started O. Morgan Staffing Group with the intention of tailoring specific values into what is now the post-pandemic workforce.
